Charles Brooks
Global Operations Officer, ACE Group
Charles Brooks joined ACE as Global Operations Officer in September 2011. In this role, he has responsibility for a range of operational areas across the organization including information technology, real estate and facilities, contingency planning and business continuity, purchasing, workflow management and general business efficiencies.
Mr. Brooks has held several leadership positions over a nearly 20-year operations and systems career. Prior to joining ACE, he served as head of M&A Services for Information Technology and Operations and head of Member and Plan Sponsor Services operations at Aetna in Hartford, Conn. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for Operations and Systems and Chief Information Officer for Travelers Personal Insurance from 2003 to 2009, Partner in the insurance practice at Accenture and Chief of Staff to the Reengineering Officer at Prudential. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks served as Captain in the United States Army.
Mr. Brooks is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University.
