Timothy Boroughs
Chief Investment Officer, ACE Group
Timothy Boroughs became Chief Investment Officer of ACE Group in 2000 with responsibility for managing ACE’s Global Investment Portfolio, as well as supervising the implementation of operational strategies.
Mr. Boroughs makes significant contributions to the company’s strategic investment practices and is considered one of the senior-most investment advisors for the ACE Group. Leveraging more than 30 years of experience in financial services, equities, and currencies, Mr. Boroughs has helped position the company’s investment portfolios for global growth.
Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Boroughs was Director of Fixed Income at Tudor Investment Corporation from 1997 to 2000, and Managing Partner and Director of Global Leveraged Investment Activity at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts from 1976 to 1997.
Mr. Boroughs was a business school lecturer at the New York Institute of Finance, and a former Trustee and Board Member at the American School in London, England. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics with highest honors from Indiana University.
