ACE Claims - Notifying a claim

To ensure all matters are dealt with as promptly as possible, our preferred notification method for all new claims is email.  Our centralised email address for new claims is claims@acegroup.com

You can also notify ACE of a new claim by post to the following address:

Additional Information

To ensure the matter is handled as promptly as possible, please provide the following details:

  • Your company name
  • The class of business to which the new claim relates
  • The Policy Number if you know it
  • Full contact details of the person within your company to whom enquiries relating to the claim should be directed
  • The country in which the loss occurred

You will receive a formal confirmation of receipt within two business days advising you of your claim number and the name of the ACE employee handling your claim.
