Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company is an eligible surplus lines insurer in 45 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.  Westchester Fire Insurance Company and Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company are AM Best rated A+ and S&P AA-.
