Minimums & Limits

Minimums

  • Minimum self-insured retention (general): $5,000
  • Minimum self-insured retention (mold): $25,000
  • Minimum premium: $1,500

Limits

  • Policy limit capacity available from $250,000 per claim/$250,000 aggregate up to $5 million per claim/$5 million aggregate
  • Coverage written on an admitted or non-admitted basis (depending on the risk's state of domicile)
