  • Claims management services with ESIS, Inc. (purchase individually or with ACE)

Minimums

General Submission Requirements for Captives/Alternative Risk Programs:

  • Captive design (Lines of Business, Retentions, ALAE Treatment, etc.)
  • Policy and other related contracts (reinsurance)
  • Feasibility study
  • Client specific actuarial studies or five years of loss summary and detail by policy year
  • Exposure information (as it relates to loss summary and detail)
  • Proposed captive business plan
  • Domicile selected
  • Pro forma captive financials
  • Captive license or application (if newly forming)
  • Selected or proposed third party administrator (TPA)
  • Preferred financial institutions for security
  • Other unique or account specific information

Additional information may be needed in order to conduct a thorough underwriting and financial review prior to offering a quotation.

Client Profile

ACE Captive Strategies can provide products and services for a wide variety of alternative risk structures, such as:

  • Single Parent or "Pure" Captives
  • Homogeneous Group captives (with five years of group loss experience)
