Coverage:

  • Catastrophic events include:
    • Man-made disasters, such as explosions, major crashes or contamination stemming from food, drink or other consumer products, which result in damages that would be covered by ACE USA Umbrella Liability Policy
  • Covered costs include:

    • Expenses to provide public relations firm for crisis management
    • Funeral expenses
    • Medical expenses
    • Psychological counseling
    • Temporary living expenses
    • Travel expenses

Minimums & Limits

  • Annual limits: Up to $250,000 available
