ACE Westchester’s Environmental Business Auto Coverage offers a variety of business auto coverages coupled with pollution coverage.

Coverage:

  • Liability, Statutory (PIP, UM), Physical Damage and other common or state-specific auto coverages
  • Pollution coverage automatically included (CA9948 or equivalent); MCS 90, Form E and other filings as required
  • Admitted paper; annual policy term
  • Available in 49 states (not available in MA)
  • Available to environmental contractor, consulting and facility accounts in support of general liability and environmental coverages (not available to long haul/hazmat transporters or refuse/garbage haulers)

  • Two Power Units

Limits

  • Up to $5 million for bodily injury and property damage liability
  • Statutory coverages as required
  • Physical damage, subject to various deductibles
  • State-specific auto coverages as available and requested

Client Profile

Our typical clients include contractors, consultants and facilities, specifically:

  • Environmental contractors performing services at jobsites owned by others, including services such as:
    • Remediation or abatement of pollutants
    • Removal, excavation, containment, treatment or neutralization of pollutants
    • Installation, removal or cleaning of above ground or underground tanks
    • Clean up and restoration of storm or fire damaged premises
    • Installation or maintenance of testing, monitoring or similar equipment
    • Construction or operation of landfills, recycling facilities, or other waste facilities
  • Environmental facilities such as:
    • Waste transfer and waste recycling facilities
    • Other hazardous or non-hazardous treatment, storage and disposal facilities
    • Wastewater plants
    • Bio-fuel facilities

Restricted Classes

  • All classes other than those outlined in our client profile, including long haul transportation companies, hazardous material transportation companies or garbage/refuse haulers
  • Massachusetts vehicles
  • Monoline coverage (only available in support of ACE Westchester Environmental general liability and environmental coverages for listed environmental clients)
