Environmental Excess Follow Form Liability

ACE Westchester’s Environmental Excess Follow Form Liability offers follow form coverage over scheduled underlying policies, including commercial general liability, various forms of pollution liability, professional liability, business auto liability and employers liability. We also offer follow form coverage over other carrier’s underlying environmental practice, project or premises pollution policies.

Coverage:

  • Follows form over scheduled underlying policies which can include Commercial General Liability, Pollution Liability, Business Auto Liability and Employers Liability
  • Available as excess follow form over other carrier’s underlying environmental project policies or premises pollution policies
  • Available to environmental contractor, consulting and facility accounts in conjunction with general liability and environmental coverages
  • Can be endorsed to extend over other scheduled exposures, such as watercraft
  • Follow form pollution assists larger insureds to build the total higher limits needed for environmental or non-environmental projects or premises
  • Non-admitted paper in 49 states (admitted paper in MN)

 

 

Minimums

Excess Follow Form

  • $2,500 policy premium
  • $1 million/$1 million minimum attachment point – ACE Westchester Environmental general liability, pollution and professional coverages
  • $1 million CSL minimum attachment point – Business auto
  • $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 minimum attachment point – Employers liability

Follow Form Pollution

  • $25,000 minimum premium
  • $10 million minimum attachment point

Limits

Up to $25 million

Our typical clients include:

  • Environmental contractors performing services at jobsites owned by others, including services such as:
    • Remediation or abatement of pollutants
    • Removal, excavation, containment, treatment or neutralization of pollutants
    • Installation, removal or cleaning of above ground or underground tanks
    • Clean up and restoration of storm or fire damaged premises
    • Installation or maintenance of testing, monitoring or similar equipment
    • Construction or operation of landfills, recycling facilities, or other waste facilities
  • Environmental consultants
  • Environmental facilities such as:
    • Landfills, waste transfer and waste recycling facilities
    • Other hazardous or non-hazardous treatment, storage and disposal facilities

Forms / Applications

ACE Westchester will accept ACORD, ISO and other company applications as a risk submission.  Depending upon the complexity of the risk or specific coverage issues, additional information may be required.
