ACE Data Breach Coach

A toll free hotline staffed by legal experts who can provide immediate triage assistance in the event an ACE policyholder suffers a data breach.  

ACE Data Breach Team

A pool of independent third-party professional service providers who have the capabilities and experience to help organizations and businesses execute their data breach response in the event of a breach. When a claim occurs, ACE policyholders have access to a panel of legal, computer forensic, notification, call center, public relations, crisis communications, fraud consultation, credit monitoring, and identity restoration firms with a specific focus on data breach response, with the benefit of discounted loss control service fees.

Network Security Assessments

A self assessment of an ACE policyholder’s network and data security posture. The self assessment service, provided by NetDiligence produces a summary report for organizations that seek to gauge their level of network safety or reaffirm and document their solid security posture. More in-depth assessments are also available for qualifying risks.
