Coverage:

  • Mandatory and voluntary plans are available on a primary, limited primary or excess basis
  • Plan designs are tailored to meet the school's needs and may provide accident medical, accidental death and dismemberment, and accident dental benefits
  • Policies are written on an annual policy term and may cover summer school activities
  • Benefit periods up to 104 weeks
  • Football coverage available on an optional basis

  • Minimum Premium:  $2,000 per school
  • Minimum Deductible/Retention: $0 deductible available 80/100/indemnity

Limits

  • AD&D/Accident Medical Expense Benefit Limits up to $50,00
  • Higher limits available, subject to underwriting approval
