To report a personal auto or home insurance claim with ACE Private Risk Services, you can call:

PLEASE REPORT YOUR CLAIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
This will help us resolve your claim quickly. 

When you call our hotline, you will be connected to a claim professional who will ask for specific information regarding your claim. You can help us process your claim more quickly if you are prepared with the appropriate information. However, please do not delay reporting your claim if you do not have all of the information requested.

Home Property Claim

Helpful information to have before you call

  • Policy number
  • Date of the loss
  • Insured's name and address
  • Location of the loss
  • Description of the loss (e.g., fire in the kitchen, water leak ruined precious painting)
  • Police or fire report/police report number/police precinct or fire department that responded
  • What caused the loss (e.g., defective toaster oven, thunderstorm)
  • Approximate dollar amount of the loss (if known)
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact to discuss the claim

Home Liability Claim

Helpful information to have before you call

  • Policy number
  • Date of the loss
  • Insured's name and address
  • Names and addresses of persons making the claim against you.
  • Location of the loss
  • Description of the claimed loss (e.g., visitor tripped in your driveway breaking leg, dog bit a delivery person)
  • If there is a claim for bodily injury, the name, age and relationship of the person claiming injury
  • Extent of the claimed injury/what the person is complaining of
  • Was the person taken to a hospital?
  • Were there any witnesses? Names of witnesses?
  • Police report
  • Have you been contacted by an attorney representing the person making the claim?
  • If there is a claim for property damage, the nature of the claimed damage
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact to discuss the claim

Auto Claim

Helpful information to have before you call

First Party claims (damage to or theft of your automobile)

  • Policy number
  • Date of loss
  • Insured's name and address
  • Location of loss
  • Description of loss
  • Police or fire report/number of police report/precinct or fire department responding
  • What caused the loss?
  • Approximate dollar amount of the loss (if known)
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact to discuss the claim
  • Type of vehicle
  • License plate number
  • VIN number (can be found on insurance card or registration)
  • Can the car be driven?
  • Where is the car or where can we inspect it?
  • Have you obtained an estimate?

Third Party claims (damage to someone else's property or bodily injury to someone else)

  • Policy number
  • Date of loss
  • Insured's name and address
  • Names and addresses of persons making the claim against you.
  • Location of loss
  • Description of loss
  • Police or fire report/police report number/precinct or fire department responding
  • Approximate dollar amount of the claimed loss (if known)
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact to discuss the claim
  • If bodily injury is claimed, name, age and relationship of person claiming injury
